Agree x 100!!!

Since the show went through the effort of introducing so many distinct characters, despite being such a damn short anime, season 2 might as well give them some spotlight. Prince Phichit deserves at least his own episode, starring him and his hamsters. I also am one of the only fans who fucking adores Chris and JJ (Chris is delicious; JJ is hilarious, give me more of both). I also would love it to be revealed that Chris and Victor have fucked before, I am reasonably confident they have. I also felt bad for a few of the skaters that didn't make it to the Grand Prix, wouldn't mind getting a little more on them and cutting like, Otabek, who didn't really have much personality besides he sucks at ballet, likes Yurio, and is more disadvantaged than the other skaters.

Characters like Otabek are actually the ones I'd like to see get development in the second season the most. Chris and JJ got plenty already for secondary characters and I don't think they need any more. It would be worse writing to leave the even lesser-used characters out of a second season just because they didn't have "much personality," when the only reason that's true is because they lacked more screen time. I found it pretty impressive how much personality characters like Minami, Leo, Guang-Hong, and Otabek got in their limited screen time, and it would be sad to let it go to waste if there's going to be a second season.

Ha, fair point. Otabek was just so incredibly forgettable for me because he turned up so late and wasn't nearly as flashy as the other Grand Prix competitors (which is probably a good contrast and all, but nonetheless), and then he took third despite way more time being spent on Chris, JJ, and Phichit. It was just like who the hell is this guy, lol.

Minami and Guang-Hong were adorable though, definitely would like to see them again. All the characters interested me, the only one I wasn't interested in was the guy who was in love with his sister, and also Leo felt a little flat for me. Nonetheless since they went through the trouble of establishing all these characters, I also hope a next season would utilize them a bit more. Hopefully without too many new introductions.
