Okay, so this has taken longer than I expected, if only because I wanted to be sure the recs I'm offering are what you're looking for. I'm not expecting all of these to be to your taste, but if all else fails, I'll leave them here in case someone else finds them worth reading.

Longfic:
The Girl Outside AU (The Move/ELO RPF, Jeff Lynne/Hugh McDowell/Roy Wood) - This started as a trans* AU about one pair of characters (Ace and Bev), and ended up as an angst-ridden 'Disappearing Bandmates' AU D/s fic about a completely different set of characters (Jeff, Roy, and Hugh). You can read the whole thing if you want, but if you just want the D/s narrative, you should probably just read 'World Full Of Nothing', 'Tangled Up In You', and 'In Chains'. Ends up with a D/D/s threesome, and it has a happy ending in spite of all the angst and grief Jeff goes through.

Brothers In Christ: A Soldier's Love and Brothers In Christ: A Wizzard's Love (The Move/ELO/The Chaser RPF AU, Carl Wayne/Roy Wood/Hugh McDowell) - The D/s involved in these fics is, well, Georgian era in its expression (there are rings, rather than collars), and there is magic and religion, but it's there. A long, occasionally angsty, poly triad thing with a Lord/companion (sacred) service sort of dynamic.

...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead (The Move RPF AU, Ace Kefford/Trevor Burton) - a long plotty sacred service D/s type of fic series involving an incarnate Jewish archangel learning to live in the world. Lots of trauma and mental illness stuff, but sacred service is at the heart of it.

Strange Magic (ELO RPF, Jeff Lynne/Hugh McDowell, + an OT7 poly D/s group) - This was something of an accidental series, but it's long and plotty and while one fic is all about a scene that doesn't work because Jeff doesn't know what he's doing, it generally avoids the negative stuff, iirc. There's one (deserved) punishment in the last fic, but it's the only one in the whole series? Other than that, it's not present in the rest of the kink, iirc.

Short'n'sweet:
50 Shades of Dominance (Chat 10 Looks 3 podcast, Annabel Crabb/Leigh Sales) - It's the little submissive things Leigh does that Annabel adores the most.

When The Body Speaks/A Pain That I'm Used To (ELO RPF, Jeff Lynne/FtM!Bev Bevan) - There's nothing Bev likes more than his fortnightly check-up with his Dom. Trans* AU, medical kink.
