Yep, white haired guy is pretty one dimensional and one note, but he's charming and likable. It's only that for the amount of screentime he recieved, he ended up being just an okay character.

Yurio on the other hand had very little screentime compared to the other two but the show did a great job with that screentime.

I don't think Yurio had very little screen time. I'd say he featured possibly more than Victor. Every episode shot back to him and what he was doing. He was constantly there.
