I might be alone in this one but I absolutely love the feel of a cool shower when I'm really hot. I take them a lot in the summer or after I've been exercising.

I am someone who is most comfortable when the ambient temperature is 30 degrees (86F). So it has to be at least 40 before a cold shower sounds like a good idea to me. But I can absolutely see how cold showers would be enjoyable if your optimal temp was in the 18C - 20C range.
