Well, nothing is quite as good as a nice orgasm. but I guess certain foods, particularly sweet ones? Maybe the feeling of being wrapped in blankets in a nice warm bed. A nice massage.

Eating something tasty is the most obvious answer, but besides that... massage? or ASMR

The feeling when a looming obligation (work, school, a test, a stressful family gathering, etc) is cancelled or postponed. This also works for opening a bill and finding out you overpaid last time or it's under twenty bucks.

Feeling a strong cool breeze along your skin and through your hair, especially when you're hot.

A cold drink with condensation on it against your skin after coming in from a dry summer heat.

Getting out of cold, wet socks into warm, dry ones.
