TO SAVE TIME, JUST CUT UP ALL THE CHICKEN INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES AND COOK IT ALL AT ONCE WITH THE MARINADE, IT STILL TASTES DELICIOUS.

1 CUP BUTTER
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
3 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP CORNSTARTCH
1 TSP COARSE SALT
3/4 TSP BAKING SODA
3 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS
CREAM TOGETHER SUGARS AND BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME. STIR IN FLOUR, SALT, CORNSTARCH, AND BAKING SODA. MIX UNTIL JUST COMBINED. ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS. CHILL FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. BAKE AT 410 FOR 15 MINUTES*. *
COOKING TIME DEPENDS ON YOUR OVEN AND SIZE OF COOKIES.

A BIT SHORT ON SALT TOTALLY WORTH GOING OUT TO BUY INGREDIENTS TO MAKE IT. I ALSO FORGOT TO ADD ONIONS AND SHOULD HAVE ADDED 4 GARLICS INSTEAD OF 2, BUT I WAS HUNGRY AS BALLS SO I DIDN'T CARE.

THIS IS DELICIOUS CHEESE GOO AND CORN SO IT'S KIND OF HEALTHY. I USE REGULAR CREAM CHEESE BECAUSE I LIVE ON THE EDGE AND USUALLY DOUBLE THE CHEDDAR SO A WHOLE 2C BAG OF WHATEVER DELICIOUS CHEDDAR IS ON SALE. ALSO IF YOU ARE IMPATIENT LIKE ME JUST MAKE IT ON THE STOVETOP AND STAY AND STIR IT.

OH MY GOD. IT'S FUCKING DELICIOUS. I DON'T EVEN LIKE SOUR CREAM BUT IT MADE IT SO CREAMY AND AMAZING. JESUS.
EVERYONE MAKE SOME SUPER-SIMPLE BACON MUSHROOM QUICHE AND LIVE LIFE PROPERLY.
MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO COOK THE PIE CRUSH BEFOREHAND BECAUSE IT'S A BIT MUSHY OTHERWISE BUT IT DOES NOT DETRACT FROM THE FLAVOR IN THE LEAST!
