Within the Wires, Greater Boston, and Ars Paradoxica might be more your speed? The latter two, especially, have the benefit of a cast rather than mainly one voice actor, and all have f/f relationships or explicitly lesbian characters. And The Strange Case of Starship Iris is new but has strong hints of a f/f relationship developing.

Not liking the main narrator's voice can absolutely be offputting, no matter how appealing a podcast might otherwise be.
