Try listening to the excerpt.

It's written by a guy with Asperger's, but it's also for socially awkward or shy people. Plus it doesn't explicitly have Asperger's in the title, but if she finds it helpful you could bring up the author.

That looks interesting! I think she'd be offended at the suggestion she needs to improve her social skills, though. It's true, she does... but she wouldn't like to hear that.
