HR does nothing about it? I hope you've told them.

HR is there to protect the company, not the employees.

Yeah, and if employees of theirs are taking upskirt shots of other employees and opening up the company to being sued for allowing sexual harassment... dealing with the people opening them up to lawsuits protects the company.

Lmao WTF is this dickshittingly stupid comment. Were you dropped on your fucking pinhead as a baby, goddamn. If you're that much of an imbecile that you can't see the numerous potential lawsuits in what OP described, and can't fathom how HR might want to nip that shit in the bud like yesterday, you should just step in front of a bus and do the world a favor. Christ.

Lmao WTF is this dickshittingly stupid comment. Are you that much of an imbecile that you can't see the numerous ways that companies shit on their employees and brush aside harassment claims and hush things up? Christ. What is wrong with you?

Fuck off, shitbag. You know you're wrong here.

They really are not. Look around online. HR is not your friend. They are there to protect their company.

But HR departments do not have the best track record in protecting employees. Generally what they do is open a file and start a papertrail to benchmark and sanction the complainer so as to be able fire them in 3-6 months time for failing to meet targets of for them being the trouble maker. It is laughably easy for an HR dept. to do that.

nayrt

oh my god you dipshit. HR is there to protect the company, not the employees WHICH MEANS that HR will fucking ruin OP's life without a second thought because OP is the one who is threatening to make it a problem. They want to prevent lawsuits not help you.

I'm glad you've never had a shitty job but grow up.
