I'm sort of guilty of #2. It's not that I absolutely refuse to do anything without my husband, it's just that his time off is limited so we prefer to spend it together most of the time. I'll run errands and get groceries on my own, but all of our social time is usually as a couple. I've no doubt we come off as looking joined at the hip from an outside perspective, though.
