My horrible job has NO holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas day. It isn't even a super important job like being a paramedic or something. :/

Employee rights in Oklahoma (and the US) suck. Employers are not even obligated to give workers breaks (except for an unpaid lunch) during the day if they don't want to.
