To people wondering what the connection is, humbert from lolita said that when the 12 year old lolita would become too old for him, he would marry her and produce a "new lolita" (as he would still be around then) and have his way with her and so on for 3 generations.

The creature in blue exorcist creature is similar in the way that he has a curse on this ninja womans bloodline who pleaded to him for power when they battled and she lost, where all her offspring look like her and die at 30 but not before producing a baby for him. They all look like her in order to preserve her youth in his eyes, and wants the girl in the picture (i think) to produce a child for her and almost forces her to have sex with her friend in order to do that, even controlling her body at one point
