That's still not what it means, though. Antis usually describe themselves as such (no accusations from "OTPers" required) and are proud of it, and they're the ones who do the hounding. Just because some people in your obscure corner of fandom misuse a term doesn't change what it means to everyone else. Antis as described by AYRT are a relatively recent development in fandom so I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that that definition of an anti is some watered down relic of the past.
