Jobs where being social with one another/going out drinking all the time together is practically part of the job.

I don't mind being friendly but I don't want to spend 24-7 with work people nor do I have the energy to constantly be drinking (really shouldn't with my health issues anyway) and going out.

Some people like that kind of work environment but I prefer a professional divide, and if friendships happen I want it to be more organic and less like you feel the pressure to do it.

This! I know I'm super late, but yes! At work, I always get the feeling that people want to mingle outside of work, but I always turn it down. Also, I feel kind of bad if everyone shows up to an event a coworker invited everyone to because I tend to be the only one who doesn't show up.
