Better yet, do not contact me at all.

I hate talking on the phone. It makes me anxious for some reason and I always end up pacing in circles until I get dizzy.

I don't really mind it but vastly prefer meatspace if we're going to be using our voices. Facebook/email/text is fine (Facebook strongly preferred, that and Steam for the people I communicate with that way), talking in person is fine, phone is an inconvenience that shouldn't be used to hold long conversations except in really specific circumstances (like if one of the phone talkers is on a long road trip or something).

I'd make an exception for staying up late talking to a significant other who you can't be with in person at the time, but it's been so many years since I've done that (and when I did it was before text/fbpm were convenient alternatives for me) that I'll have to reserve judgment on whether that's still a good option when I actually find myself in a relationship again.

Having Leslie Knope as a best friend.

Yeah. I love her character, but seriously would not want her as a friend. She's just so overbearing.

I wouldn't want her as even a casual acquaintance. That level of neediness would be exhausting.

I made an anon post about this a while back.

Apparently after three years, my job gives me a retirement plan. Most people would probably be happy about this. I don't want one because I hope I will not be at this job by the end of the year.

I tried to ask my boss if I could wait on it but he said he has to do it before he finishes his taxes. I don't want to outright say I don't want one because I don't need any more indicators I plan on quitting this awful job. :( Also, he is an asshole that I don't like talking to.

So now I got to make time (missing work) to meet with the agent to talk about this thing I don't care about.

Just say you need your whole paycheck for rent and expenses and can't afford to put any away right now. Lie and claim that you're helping family to pay for things if you have to, but you simply can't afford to invest at the moment.

Once you admit to yourself that your kid is the shit of the earth, and that you made a huge life ruining mistake having it, there's no going back. You cant un-think that, and then it a downhill stroll to putting cigarettes out on the little bastards skin, even tho you don't smoke and locking him in the tool shed for breaking his micro machines. then I cry for hours but she wont let me out. I think maybe the hut door isn't strong enough to hold me, and if I keep hitting it it'll have to give, but then mam shouts that if I don't stop it she'll cut my fingers off, so you just have to quieten down and wait, but there are spiders everywhere in here and you cant let your guard down for a second or they'll all be on you.

Jobs where being social with one another/going out drinking all the time together is practically part of the job.

I don't mind being friendly but I don't want to spend 24-7 with work people nor do I have the energy to constantly be drinking (really shouldn't with my health issues anyway) and going out.

Some people like that kind of work environment but I prefer a professional divide, and if friendships happen I want it to be more organic and less like you feel the pressure to do it.

sports, having the TV constantly on, and ESPECIALLY when those two things overlap.

Clubbing.

My girlfriend loves to dance, but I'm a total homebody. I don't dance, I don't go for anonymous sex, and I don't feel comfortable getting drunk in the middle of town, so there is absolutely nothing clubs have to offer me. Didn't like it in my youth, don't like it now.

If I ever have to leave the house, merciful god forbid it, I'd much rather go to a local pub, within stumbling distance to my house, settle in, and get quietly tipsy while talking shite with some friends all night.

I'm a het woman who is CONSTANTLY being flirted with by lesbians.

My puppy doesn't like being outside when I'm inside and vice versa.

I agree it's cute he wants to be with me 24/7, but it's just not practical for when I return to work so he needs to learn to be alone* in the backyard. He needs to learn that it's ok to be on his own and its frustrating having people tell me I'm being mean.

I am working to prevent separation anxiety here, in the long run this will help him be a happy relaxed puppy!

*well he has my other dog who's watching him carry on from the kennel.

I have an irrational hatred for relationships between OCs/Readers and cañon characters. Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging people who like it, I don't think they have poor taste, and I tend to be a giant weirdo in my tastes anyway. The issue isn't even that the OCs are poorly written or characterised. It's just that when I go into fandoms to read about x character, I want to read about x character, and their relationships with other characters. I hate it when my favorite characters get sidelines in favor of some character. It's especially annoying when I go looking for hurt comfort of my favorite character, and 90% of it is centered around some character I've never heard of and have no attachment to.

(The fact that the vast majority of these ships stick to stereotypical gender roles and/or feature a waifish, too-good-for-this-world female protagonist around whom the other characters' lives revolve doesn't help.)
