You know, as a trans guy who writes fics and often writes trans headcanon type stuff, I really should write some character x transmale!reader fic. Even if it's just something short and sweet to get off to. It's not really my thing (reader fic that is), but I know the pain of having nothing to read.

It's one of the reasons why I'm always careful to say that I enjoy seeing trans male bodies being treated as sexually desirable by a lot of cis authors and artists in fandom. I may have my issues with how some of that stuff is done, and I'll be the first to try and help an artist or fic author improve so it's more respectful/accurate/less fetishy (I'm so done with ace bandage binding fetishization), but I won't ever tell an author/artist that because they're cis they can't write/draw trans male guys having sex.

Maybe I'm coming from a unique perspective as a non-operative (my choice), otherwise completely transitioned guy (top surgery is miles and miles in my rearview mirror and I've been on T for almost a decade), but I would much rather deal with wading through some crap!fic to find something hot featuring bodies like mine rather than try to police the creation of stuff like this at all.

I don't think he's saying that seeing the word puts him off, I think it's that he doesn't enjoy having breasts/a vagina/etc ascribed to him while he's reading. Which, even if OP weren't trans I would say hey, that's totally your prerogative - but given that OP is trans I think it's even more understandable.

Technically, you could try to read none-porn ones and skip anal? If you are looking for ones that have trans OCs as the reader ... well, never looked as not my kind of thing but never seen neither women, men or none-binary ones. Depends on fandoms I guess?

(Does anyone identify with those fics when not commissioned? There is just so much vagueness an author can bullshit through - personality wise that is)

Looks like anal really is the standard for gay porn fic, huh. That's unfortunate for multiple reasons. If that's your only issue maybe you can still find cis/cis gay stuff through tags for specific sex acts that aren't anal? There might still be more of that around than fics with trans guys.
