So that's not really the idea OP is playing with.

(Anonymous) 2017-04-19 11:50 pm (UTC)(link)Shrek could have had a nice attractive prince fall in love with the princess, and love her ogre form. Granted the story would have needed to be pretty different but it's just another way to play with subverting tropes.
