not hungry in the morning and a little nauseous

Have you ever thought about just skipping breakfast? That whole "you HAVE to have breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day" thing is actually bullshit and there've been a ton of studies that show skipping breakfast can actually be good for you (google "intermittent fasting").

I haven't eaten breakfast in a really long time (as a kid I was pretty much forced to because my mom thought it was best for me, but I've pretty much never been hungry at breakfast time). It wasn't until the past couple years that I found out it's actually not an awful thing to not eat breakfast if you're not hungry.

As someone who cheerfully eats pretty much all the time if I can get away with it, skipping breakfast sounds perfectly reasonable to me, unless you won't have time to eat by the time you're actually hungry, in which case a banana or a small smoothie or something would be a good idea.
