Instant breakfasts?
Asking for a friend who's not hungry in the morning and a little nauseous so can only eat a little bit and hates breakfast prep
(the friend is my stomach)

Re: Instant breakfasts?
Otherwise, a Greek yogurt and/or banana does the trick.

Re: Instant breakfasts?
Delicious, sugary, and you can eat it as a snack if you have to.

(Anonymous) 2017-04-24 03:53 am (UTC)(link)They are made with one tube of country pork sausage (mild or hot), 8 to 10 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese (I sometimes use the Mexican blend), and 2 cups Bisquick baking mix. Let the sausage & cheese come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400*F. Mix everything together (easiest way is to use food safe gloves and your hands). Shape into walnut sized balls, put on an ungreased cookie sheet (the kind with a raised edge all around), and bake 10-12 minutes (until golden brown). You might want to drain them on a paper towel if they are really greasey (depending on the fat content in the sausage). I store mine in a Tupperware container in the refrigerator. I usually eat them cold, but occasionally warm them in the toaster oven or microwave.

(Anonymous) 2017-04-24 04:35 am (UTC)(link)Anyway, I like toast (or just bread) with peanut butter on it. Gets some protein in me! No reason you can't have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast, either. Cheese and crackers might be another good option.

(Anonymous) 2017-04-24 02:04 pm (UTC)(link)Have you ever thought about just skipping breakfast? That whole "you HAVE to have breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day" thing is actually bullshit and there've been a ton of studies that show skipping breakfast can actually be good for you (google "intermittent fasting").
I haven't eaten breakfast in a really long time (as a kid I was pretty much forced to because my mom thought it was best for me, but I've pretty much never been hungry at breakfast time). It wasn't until the past couple years that I found out it's actually not an awful thing to not eat breakfast if you're not hungry.
