"Harshing my/your/our/everyone's squee" is the single most obnoxious fandom term ever, so it is no wonder that SPN fandom uses it so often. OH NO, SOMEONE DOESN'T LIKE SOMETHING I LIKE. THEY ARE ATTACKING MY HAPPINEEEEEEESSSSSSSS.

i didn't say people weren't allowed to not like the show. to each their own, whatever. they just don't have to ruin it for everyone else.

How is this secret ruining it for you? Grow a pair of balls if a tiny image with text on it that isn't even worded rudely can ruin an entire show and fandom for you. Over-reacting like that can't be healthy.

I think people should be able to talk about their likes and dislikes without, I dunno, being accused of breaking someone's dream so that they can lick up the fractured pieces of joy like some sweet-salty tears.

I can understand being pissed at obnoxious secrets that are basically, "If you like this, you're an idiot," but this secret wasn't it.

Yes. 79 was one of the most politely-worded "I don't like this" secrets I've ever seen F!S.
