OP, I may not agree, but I have to say your secret made my day.

I do love the story behind BOB's physical appearance in the show. Like, the backstory is the one thing that helped negate the nightmare fuel for me.

The guy who played Bob was originally a set dresser who accidentally appeared in the mirror at the end of the pilot. David Lynch decided to keep it and made the set dresser Bob.
