(Anonymous) 2017-04-29 01:42 am (UTC)(link)As I read, the festival was supposed to be "cashless" and the kids were told to upload money to digital wristbands to be used while there. Nobody had any cash or credit with them because they were told not to by the organizers.

I have an ounce of sympathy for them now...but seriously, why would you not have tangible money on your person anyway...who cares what organizers say. But if you pay all this money to go to a camp ...
