Once got accused of biphobia because I didn't think a particular character could possibly be bi (pretty much the only character I've ever thought that about, tbh). Revealed that I myself am bi, got told I have internalised biphobia, which in this context I think means 'you are a member of this group but you don't agree with me'.

I think that's usually what people mean when they diagnose anyone with "internalised" anything.

"Internalised _______" is like ADHD. It's a real thing, sure, but much rarer than you think, and far too over diagnosed. Also, it's a label used to exert control on someone who is misbehaving.
