I recently received a long message on fb (that I really need to respond to soon, but it keeps making me cry) from the granddaughter of someone I used to be in an acting group with. She's in her twenties now, but when I knew her she was pretty young. Apparently my willingness to be "weird" and "creepy" stuck with her since her childhood. She said she always remembered it and it helped her be who she wanted to be instead of how she was expected to be. She's got kids of her own now and is raising them with that philosophy as well.

I just thought that was pretty neat.
