He's what, 55 now? He looks alright for his age and lifestyle.

Just because he doesn't look like a complete hobo from his alleged and assumed drug and alcohol abuse does not mean he looks good. George Clooney and Brad Pitt are around his age and level of fame and their heads aren't swollen like Depp's.
