Usually on my PC, but I'll read it on my phone if it's something I'm really looking forward to.

When it's a new fandom I usually sort by pairing and go from there. I don't usually pay attention to kudos, comments or word length, I guess I just start from the top and go down. And I usually stick to a pairing, although sometimes I will read through what's in the fandom tag.
