I'm... still waiting for Shia to play some performance that really blows my mind. I'm not saying he's a bad actor, I just think they should give him more characters variations instead of the standard hero-boy one. Mutt was definitely a new thing for him, I think, and he managed to pull it off great - I liked the character, but the thing is, against Indiana fucking Jones, there's really no possible comparison. :P

Mutt for me is Shia's best role because for the first time I didn't see 'That kid from Even Stevens' I saw Mutt.

I'm not saying hes a bad actor, I'm saying I saw wayyy too much of that programme when I was a kid. And I agree with what you say he always gets the same type of roles, and I know he's capable of so much more.

But I loved Mutt, but like you said it's Indiana Fucking Jones!
