102. DDDD: Okay, moving to a new fandom I can understand- some people just get bored- but deleting shit and pretending they never liked the old fandom? That's full of shit. ): Here's hoping you can make some less fickle friends.
117. Um, no. In fact, I know my muses don't give a shit about anything. Because they aren't real. =D But I do think that I enjoy having more icons to choose from, that I'm not limited to fifteen icons and expressions but have a wider range. This is especially useful in RPs that have random events, where the character might get younger, older, switch genders, etc and so forth, but even just pulling from canon, some characters have a LOT of different shades of emotions that you can get across better with more icons, as well as with writing.
Yes, people are willing to spend money on their hobbies. Gasp, shock and awe, I know. It's totally unlike spending money on any other hobby you have, is it? Well, no. No, it's not. So people are willing to shell out a bit to enjoy their experience a bit more? If you're sickened by that, then something's wrong with you.
... And since I know people who do this, I'll just end this with the hope that one of your "RP buddies" buys one of your RP accounts paid time. Maybe extra icon space too, while we're at it. =D Have fun with that. I wonder if it'll disgust you as much as someone buying their own paid time?

120. I never get the HAET for kink memes and fans who enjoy porn. What, because we like to read and write porn means automatically that we're worthless, shallow fans who are no good for anything else? Just because an anonymous on a kink meme writes and reads porn doesn't mean that they aren't, yanno, possibly the author of that fic you favorited because you thought it was really deep and well-characterized.
Short-form version, fandom opinion depresses me more often than not. SIGH.

130. If you're bothered by fans, being fans, then all I can suggest is that you stay out of fandom in general. I'm not even trying to be mean here, but there's no fandom, NONE, for real people/bands or any fictional series, where there aren't fans going "so-and-so is so hot!" about the people/characters involved. It just doesn't happen, so calm down and enjoy it, or stay calm and bow out.
136. Pfft, troll. I'm sorry, no one says that they were "cured" of yaoi, but "backslid" and feel terrible about liking it again because they'd "seen the light." Unless they're a Vic Mignogna fanbrat, but I digress...
137. Yeah, it's hard to draw lines sometimes, really, and I tend to be wary when someone says a fanfic has an OC in it. But OC =/= Mary Sue on automatic, and even Canon Character/OC doesn't mean the OC is a Mary Sue. It depends on how the character is written, and how the relationship is approached.
143. I really, really, really hate the phrase "inferior fan" anyway. Just sayin'.
144. Fffffft, Pokemon trainers never have to worry about that kind of thing! Just like they never have to go to the bathroom, or change their clothing unless their clothes are an important plot point.
ALTERNATIVELY, TO BE MORE DISTURBING, I decree that Pokemon Trainers lay eggs just like Pokemon do.
