Re: Arguments that spun out of control

It was a long time ago but I always remember one time my friend in highschool got angry with me and a few of our friends (but for some reason only wrote me an angry e-mail) because she thought we made plans without her and we didn't.

Just experiencing something that was a literal misunderstanding made me feel like people should talk to each other before getting angry, but I've unfortunately had so many experiences where friends decided to get angry before they spoke to me about it.

Ugh, I always hated that. :/

And yeah, why not just talk to people before getting upset?

The thing that sucks about it is I've known people to be angry for months and months before ever saying a word to another person.

I know confrontation is hard but you're just making yourself angry for no reason at that point.
