but you absolutely can not stand?

Pasta is maybe the biggest one. I find pasta noodles slimy and tasteless. They can be okay if there's enough other ingredients in the sauce/dish to make up for it, but I also am a vegetarian so that probably ruins a lot of potential for me, too.

Bacon also. Even before I became vegetarian, I hated this. Crispy grease, no thanks.

Pickles I will never under any circumstance eat.

All of my friends like pineapple on pizza.

I've only ever had it as Hawaiian pizza with the ham + pineapple, and I'm not a fan, but I'd be willing to eat it. (I'm a people pleaser and this came up once when deciding to order pizza on a two-person road trip. We ended up getting separate, personal pizzas because she was hung up on the fact that I don't like pineapple on pizza.)

I find I'm the opposite. I love pineapple on pizza and no one else does, so I only ever get it when I order personal size pizzas.

I love pineapple on pizza but I don't love the ham. I like it better on pepperoni pizza, or even just plain cheese+pineapple.

pineapple on pizza is so gross to me but I only know a couple of people who like it

Peanut Butter. I can't stand it and I can tell when chocolate has been made in a plant that processes peanuts. The taste and smell are super strong for me.

Really sweet drinks (like Starbucks stuff, soda, people who fill their coffee with cream and sugar). They always just make me feel sick. :(

Fried chicken, steak, ribs, wings, anything that's basically just meat. I don't mind meat *in* stuff, sometimes I even really like it, but I don't like it on it's own.

Eggs. Especially hard boiled. Ick. I wish people would stop putting it in random things, especially white foods like chicken salad where a person might not see the eggs until they've taken a big bite (happened tonight at an event I went to. Ick.)

Milk. Hate the taste. Don't put it in coffee or cereal.

Same to both. I can't even stand to be around other people when they're eating eggs.

Milk makes me want to throw up.

I feel like the only non-vegetarian who doesn't like steak.

I don't eat steak either but love chicken and pork. I stopped eating steak as a child and if I have to eat it now, I still prefer it well done, which I know isn't how it's meant to be served.

I can't do fish, it smells bad to me and even with the mild stuff I risk a stomach ache.

Bacon. Ugh. Also most breakfast sausage.

Most cooked fish and shellfish. I hate this flakey, squishy texture or cooked fish and I think the texture of cooked shrimp and other comparable stuff is like chewing on a giant gristle. I don't even dislike the taste. But that's generally the issue for me with things I don't eat: the taste is rarely the problem, the texture is.

Someone else mentioned peanut butter - I think I just got tired of peanuts as a whole, so I can't stand not only peanut butter, but straight-up peanuts as well.

I also don't really get mushrooms. I can eat them but they need to be covered by other flavours. I don't really like them on their own.

The one I really hate is eggplant aka aubergine. I find it gross.

Ironically, Mum loves all three.

This is more of a texture issue than a specific food, but bits of something that are a significantly different texture mixed into something else.

Celery in egg salad. Raw onion in pasta salad. Nuts in fudge. Cooked onion in most dishes. Things people add for interesting texture I hate. Pecan pie with tons of big crunchy pecans? Awesome. Biting into silky smooth fudge and encountering a little chunk of hard and crunchy pecan? Gag inducing.

Potato salad

Melons. Watermelon, honeydew...yuck.
