Moab, Utah.

No, I'm not kidding. The Moab Brewery (yes, Utah has a lot of breweries, go figure, and they're good!), Zax's Pizza, and Eddie McStiff's are places I make it a point to eat at when I'm down there for the Easter Jeep Safari.

As a bonus, there are two National Parks in the area (Arches and Canyonlands), along with a state park, lots of other outdoor stuff to do such as rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding, and absolutely gorgeous scenery.
