(Anonymous) 2017-06-02 02:25 am (UTC)(link)Yeah, I agree. Well, I do have some understanding for people who dislike subtitles and dubs. I can't stand dubs, and I find subtitles a bit annoying. They're never really as bothersome as I think they're going to be, but the idea of having to constantly split my focus between reading and watching always puts me off a little. But when I do eventually get around to watching a highly-recommended subtitled movie, I usually get over the subs pretty fast and end up enjoy the movie a lot, so I can't imagine straight up refusing to watch subtitled movies.
