I mean... if the best thing you can say about your habits is "at least they're not killing me", then I hope you realize that's a super low standard? You don't need to be doing drugs or killing yourself slowly to deserve help. You deserve help NOW. If it helps, pretend that everything you're going through is happening to someone you love. Would you hope they get help, or are you okay with just letting them self harm and damaging their health with an eating disorder? You deserve to be healthy and happy.

Yeah, I know it's objectively not a healthy way to deal with my mental crap. I'm just not motivated to change. It's totally on me, and that's the problem. These have been on-and-off habits since high school, and I'm going through a rough patch right now with some external factors, so once things get better I'll probably have more motivation to change. (I know that's a backwards way of looking at it, but I know I'll get through it either way.)
