I thought it was stupid and not funny and, yeah, offensive. I don't like Trump at all. I think he's a bad person and a terrible leader. But I am not okay with anybody implying somebody who is not a murderer or physically threatening imminent harm to someone else should die. And beheading has a certain connotation.

I believe she as the right to do so without retaliation from the government (freedom of expression, though, I believe, not freedom of speech). Just as other people have the right to react. But just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

Also, if you're okay with this, but are up in arms with the death threats she's getting, would it be more palatable to you if every threat had a "jk" after it? Because that fact that it's a joke, even if it's not funny, makes it okay, right? I'm not okay with either.

Yeah, but the dude who flapped his arms to mock a disabled man and bragged about grabbing women by the pussy got praised and lauded and everyone offended by it needed to shut up and stop being so oversensitive.

I don't think anybody is ok with the death threats she's getting. But the overall feeling I have is that the clearest reaction would have been groaning and rolling our collective eyes.
