Odd World Abe's Oddysee. I couldn't get past the red/gree three pixel wide bombs. I really liked the game and I really liked the bits I got to play. But being red/green colorblind (1 in 20 men, and 1 in 200 women) meant that the whole "tap the tiny flashing thing when it turns green instead of red" cut me off from it right from the start. It was too small for me to pick up any color difference, and it was right before the save point, so it was always just a gamble as to whether I hit it right or whether I lost a whole chapter's worth of progress. Eventually I just gave up.

Also maybe the 1st Discworld text adventure game. I ended up buying the walkthrough book, the puzzles were too fiendish for me.
