What tugs at your heartstrings every time you read/watch/listen to it?

"Under your tree" by Sonata Arctica. That's a tearjerker, for sure.

I love videos of soldiers coming home. I don't care who they are greeting, I just love them so much.

Same :). Especially the ones of little kids being so happy to see their mom or dad. I also saw one on TV recently with a dog who was super happy to see his owner come through the yard :D.

Especially the bit where the little girl isn't there and you fear the worst, but then she shows up in her school uniform... ;_;

I'm not sure, but I think that company also made the one with the young mom and her daughter.

Yes! I think it also made one about the little boy stealing medicine and the soup-seller dad pays/gives him free soup, and then when he's ill and the bill is huge, the little boy - now a doctor - pays that bill.

I've got 6 episodes recorded ready to watch. There used to be other versions of that show I think? But Houston is the only one I've seen lately.

Yes, there's Animal Cops New York! If you can find it check it out (I especially like the dog behavior lady, who would see if the rescue dogs had food aggression or other issues).

I can't watch videos of newborn kittens. They're so small they don't even know how to be alive, and it makes me cry.

Space Doggity by Jonathan Coulton. Every time, without fail.

The RSPCA PSA "Kitten"

"The Little Girl" by John Michel Montgomery and "Concrete Angel" by Martina McBride.

Basically anything involving Animal abuse or Child abuse.

On a lighter note, animals getting rescued or greeting their owners after not seeing them for awhile make my cold heart warm.

Art Garfunkel's "Bright Eyes" never fails to make me bawl.

I can't watch Homeward Bound anymore without crying so hard it hurts (had two beloved cats, Senor Sammich and Mrs. Giggles, disappear without a trace on the same day, then a few years later my dachshund Sokka and my pomeranian Foop escaped the yard. Foop was killed by a car within an hour of digging out, and Sokka was missing in the swamp for almost a week before walking in the door one morning like ain't nothin' happened. Then last year my cat Muta was stolen, and we've never been able to recover him).

Also, anything involving animal abuse can fuck me up for days.
