Yes but another actress could play her because Bela's soul was sent to hell while her human body is all rotted by now. So her demonized soul would posses another person and another actress could/would play her.

I think that's a great idea. Sadly, probably won't happen in the show, but it would be really interesting if it did!

at this point this is the only thing that could get me to watch Spn again, honestly.

honestly though they'd probably just ruin her character like they've ruined everyone else at this point.
