Depends, on where the line is drawn between healthy and unhealthy.

Also, since ultra-sugary drinks and snacks give you virtually no nutrients, just empty calories, you're better off not eating them at all. so it's still not really an argument. Cans of coke are about as useful for your body as a cigarette.

But calories are literally energy for your body to keep going and Coke has water (clean, safe water) in it (you won't get as much hydration as an equivalent amount of water, but you will get some). It may not be adding nutrients, but it's not equivalent to cigarettes.
