easy fudge
mix and melt together 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips and 1 can sweetened condensed milk. add nuts if you want. leave in fridge till cold and firm.

If you use 16 oz semisweet chocolate and 2 oz dark chocolate, or just do what I do and use 18 oz bittersweet chocolate, and add--I think it was 1/4 tsp? of baking soda, with the sweetened condensed milk, it will firm up at room temperature without having to go in the fridge.

Even with all semisweet chocolate chips, it'll firm up at room temperature. I also add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. vanilla extract stirred in at the end. No need to add baking soda.
