2 packages silken tofu, the kind that comes in a cardboard box and doesn't have to be refrigerated until you open it
A bag of chocolate chips. Or broken up chocolate bars.
Vanilla extract or mint oil or whatever flavoring you like in chocolate pudding.

Open the tofu and give it a quick rinse under the tap. Dump in a blender and whiz until it looks like vanilla pudding and not tofu, with no lumps. Melt the chocolate and add to the blender while it's running. Add some vanilla extract or whatever. Blend until it looks like chocolate pudding, because it is.

Pour in bowls or cups and chill until it sets up. It's a great way to freak out people who say they don't like tofu, especially if they love chocolate. You can top it with fruit and stuff, too, or put it in a chocolate cookie pie crust.
