Re: Are you putting off going to the doctor?

I keep wondering if I should talk to a doctor about the times when it feels like I'm not getting enough air. For some reason it happens a lot when I'm trying to fall asleep. As if there's a hole in my lungs and no matter how much air I take in they never fill up right. But at the same time I know I really am getting enough air. It's been suggested that it's anxiety but it doesn't seem to have any connection to any of my other anxiety symptoms.
