My joint pain, and my weight, both of which are probably related. But I walk everywhere and it's the only exercise I don't hate, and I love to eat, and I hate that the common sense solution is eat and walk less. Also if it was just a too much weight and walking thing, why the fuck do my elbows hurt. Plus I think I might have PCOS, but when I mentioned it to my doctor, he ran down the list of symptoms and said "oh, that. Just eat less processed food and it will go away." Fucking bastard. I make stuff from scratch that sane people buy in stores, what processed food? And the obvious test for PCOS is to find out if I have cysts on my ovaries. Like yes I get that my weight is a problem and diet changes can be helpful with PCOS. But I would like to know if I actually have it, or my weird periods, weight gain, and sudden onset body hair a decade after I hit puberty were caused by something else.
