ugh. that shows up in way too many movies, the idea that a woman saying no will change her mind if the guy is a big enough pest. I never liked that.

This, but with anything romance related, not just dancing. I mean it's annoying in non-romantic contexts, too, but between this, "you know you want it/me" and "I know you better than you know yourself" I'd have a hard time picking which I hate most.

Oh yeah, it certainly shows up in other things, I just notice it a lot with dancing. (Both Green Lantern and GOTG2) Probably because stuff seems to use 'dancing' as wink wink sex euphamism.
