I thought it was just basically calling someone a member of whatever group, usually in a negative way. Like, for instance, if someone says "Hi, Phoebe!" their basically calling you a stuck-up bitch, since the name Phoebe is usually associated with rich bitches (according to them, not saying this is true.)
