if only there were laws in place so that after the first incident, it was harder to get a gun. Oh well!

I was talking with someone clearly on the Right today on tumblr.

Said the usual bs rhetoric - blacks are lazy, they get handouts like affirmative action (which benefit white women more), institutional racism was made up by the democrats (that's a new one)

obviously I disagreed with all of this but they did say ONE thing I kind of understood.

That if people had pointed out that this dude was possibly unstable and mentally ill instead of being PC and not wanting to "discriminate", maybe he wouldn't have had several incidents like this.

Another incident took place in 2006, involving alleged domestic battery and unlawful discharge of a shotgun. That case was dismissed.

Why did they dismiss this? Why didn't he get some counseling (probably state mandated and bare bones) for that? I don't even disagree with his thoughts about trump tbh but come on

Pointing out that someone is a danger to themselves and others isn't shameful.
