I'm not ace, dumbass (not straight either. What i am is none of your business) I just see no reason "lack of sexual attraction" can't be included with "sexual attraction to x, y or x and y". You can call me whatever you want but i till believe it"

Look, it's very simple.

Heteromantic asexuals and aromantic heterosexuals are straight. They do not belong in the LGBT community. They have no reason to be there/

Aromantic asexuals, while not straight, have no reason to be in the LGBT community, which consists of people - lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans - who've faced similar oppression, marginalization, and fuckery from society due to their orientation, sexual expression, gender presentation, etc. and thus have banded together in solidarity against that oppression, marginalization, and fuckery.

People who are not L, G, B, or T - such as, for example, straight asexuals, have no place in this and need to stop trying to shove their way into LGBT discussions and LGBT spaces.

Straight asexuals trying to act like they are queer and oppressed for it is one of my least favorite things. I'm bi. I can't tell anyone I know irl because there would be some very serious social consequences for me at the very least (talking possibly disowned by many of my relatives and friends kind of social consequences), and who knows what kind of other things might happen. I also have to be wary of who I tell in the LGBT community, because I've been on the receiving end of more than one "bi women are fake sluts who just want male attention and need to gtfo of gay/lesbian spaces because everyone knows you aren't trustworthy and aren't really capable of loving another woman" rant. It chaps my behind to see people act like being straight but not being particularly interested in actually having sex is somehow equivalent to even the less serious stuff I have to deal with. Your family is not going to disown you for choosing not to have sex. You aren't going to be viciously verbally attacked and accused of all kinds of horrible bullshit you would never do for choosing not to have sex. Quit pretending to be oppressed. You don't even have a history of oppression to fall back on. Abstinence has always been PREFERRED throughout history by society, especially if you are a woman.
