well a friend of mine used to date this person who was totally comfortable being a feminine girl until they went to college and then they decided to identify as a trans guy for a couple of years (probably relevant note: friend and person both immediately got involved with a group of EXTREMELY social-justice oriented peeps as soon as they got to college.) they had zero dysphoria and didn't bother to try to present as male half the time. after friend and person had been dating for a while, person cheated on him with their (male) roommate and after they broke up went back to identifying and presenting totally female again. so I am pretty sure I observed a trans trender in the wild. I haven't spoken to them in a few years tho so who knows what they identify as now.
