Re: What twist in a series or movie actually surprised you?

I think that's the only one in the Final Destination series I've seen but I don't remember it being a twist ending (I watched it on a roadtrip and was half distracted by the bus)

I tend to read a lot of books and see the movie adaptations in theaters and I'm amused by people's reactions since I know the ending generally. (Perks of Being a Wallflower; Me, Earl, and the Dying Girl; Before I Fall; Everything, Everything are ones that come to mind)

For Final Destination 5, the ending would probably only be a twist if you watched the first movie. The big disaster in the first movie was the plane crashing and the kids that are getting kicked off the plane are from that movie.

I read the book of Everything, Everything. I thought it might end that way and wasn't surprised. To tell the truth I didn't like the book that much, just because of plot holes.

Oh there were so many plot holes in Everything, Everything but the movie was a good adaptation.

I'll probably see the movie eventually. It looks like it has a good cast and I did like the characters in the book.

I knew how Everything, Everything was going to end about halfway through the book, but I still genuinely enjoyed it.

You'd like the movie then too, it was a good adaptation and I loved the actors in it.

I just saw the movie today actually! I thought it was pretty cute and well-done.
