Yonkers, Jersey City and New York. I live in Europe and english is my second language, so I guess this shows the influence of TV shows.

Huh, I figured that most shows would go for the generic Midland accent but I guess that's more broadcast not entertainment.

exactly the same, I think its a mix of being thought british-english and watching American TV shows.
