Are you denying her the agency to have her own beliefs and make her own assessment of the facts as she knows them?

Shame on you.

First of all, I strongly doubt that you're making this argument in good faith

Second, I read OP as saying that her judgment and assessment of the facts is both incorrect, and unjustifiable for any reasonable and informed person. and that's a valid opinion to come to. disagreeing with someone is not the same as denying their agency.

The secret says innocent until proven guilty, a hallmark of the American justice system is an excuse. The secret maker has tried and convicted Bill Cosby, something a jury of his peers could not do. The secret maker is being judgemental about someone who doesn't hold their beliefs. The secret maker doesn't have the moral high ground here.

Legal and moral judgment are not the same. And trying to defend something like this as "being judgmental about someone who doesn't hold their beliefs" is laughable. There are all kinds of beliefs that it makes sense to judge someone for.

Honestly, I really hope that you stop doing this sort of thing. It's just so lame and it brings everyone down.

Expressing dislike or criticism =/= denying someone agency

Nice try, though.
